If you have a socket 1366 CPU (i.e. i7 9xx) then make sure you get a Revision C TRUE because of the properly machined flat base. Similarly, don't bother with the V8 because it's rubbish at cooling an overclocked i7 9xx.
If you're on socket 775 or an AMD chip then you'll be fine regardless.

my cpu will be an i7 920
how would I know which ones are the revision ones?

Unless it explicitly says "Rev C" in the name it's not. Plus you can also tell because the Rev C extreme and TRUE Black Rev C have a boomerang-shaped hole cut into the fins from the bottom.
By the way, the only difference between the Ultra 120 Extreme and TRUE Black is the colour, and the 1366 RT has a fan bundled with it - all 3 permutations are the same cooler.
