K9N Neo V3 Black screen / No post

I just recently bought a MSI K9N Neo V3 motherboard and after I thought I connected everything properly, the system powered up, displayed my graphics card and another piece of hardware which I don't remember correctly, then turned black. After powering it off & on again the screen just stayed black, seemingly (I don't know this for sure) rebooting at random intervals.

Some specs:

- Corsair HX620W (One month old)
- AMD Athlon 64 x2 @ 3.2 Ghz
- NVIDIA 8800GT 512MB
- 4x1 GB Kingston (Don't know exact specifics)

Things I've tried already:

- Resetting CMOS various times (By jumper and by removing the battery)
- Barebone setup
- Switching RAM

After resetting the CMOS by removing the battery, I hear 3 short beeps (Two short beeps, then another one after a few seconds). This only works once when resetting the CMOS.
Does anyone have any ideas what might be the cause? Thanks!

Be sure you have 240 pin ddr2. Try just 2 sticks of ram that are the same brand and speed. Check for a label on the ram to see the specs. Or if it posts, use cpuid to see what speed it runs at.

i had the same problem and i changed like 2 video cards ant the problem persisted its from the motherbord but after restarting like 20 times it started but everi once in a wile it dose the same *** again
