Hello,
My e-mail doesn't work. It keeps saying I have the wrong password in it. It's the same pass word that has been in since Verizon computer was put in. The worse part is I don't remember what the password is.

Call Verizon tech support, and have them reset your password.

My e-mail still does not come in. I can send out e-mails, but when I press my e-mail button to receive mail, it terminates before I get my mail.
