APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: 2 weeks BUDGET RANGE: UK £450 but i allready have case
SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT:gaming, movies ,surfing net
PARTS NOT REQUIRED: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS, cd drive
PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: any
OVERCLOCKING: Yes in future SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Maybe or a motherboard compatable so i can upgrade that in future
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: i plan to upgrade more in future

What's your monitor? Your choice of video card depends on that greatly. Also, what's your case? miniATX? microATX?
Since you're looking for an upgrade path, I'd suggest the i7 platform... unfortunately, that setup sounds a bit too much for your budget.
