Emachine laptops

i have a d620 and my battery as always given me problems from day one on charging and one of my USB ports do work what can i do

emachines are not great laptop or desktops for that matter. If you laptop is still in warranty take it back. Thought Im guessing the vendor might claim you have "overcharged" the battery - something that lithium ion batteries dont like, as the over charging process generates a lot of heat which can be very bad for the cells themselves.
