Asus P8Z68 and CM V8

Hi, I'm currently piecing together some parts to build my new gaming PC, and I was wondering if anyone knew if the Cooler Master V8 will fit on the Asus P8Z68 with all 4 RAM slots taken up by Corsair VENGANCE RAM. I know the Vengance RAM has pretty large heatsink things on the top, so I was wondering if anyone had an answer.
I've seen other people asking about this, but I was wondering if anyone had an answer specificaly to the components I'm looking to go with.

Well, that cooler along with others such as the V6GT almost take up the DIMM closest to the CPU, however, there is a pretty tall space. That being said, i do not believe that it would be big enough for Corsair vengeance. However, it is wuite easy to remove the heat spreader off of a memory stick.

Best thing to do would be to email ASUS. Sounds a strange thing to do, but their response is usually pretty quick and they will give a definitive answer.
