I'm running with 212+ and Intel i7-950 OC'd at 3.8Ghz. under prime 95 it runs around 75C for about 2 hours then it gets too hot and gives out.

I'd like to overclock higher. I don't have a reason to, I just like higher numbers :)  What would be a good replacement for the 212+?

Also, I removed the side fan from the HAF 932 to add a window. I'm thinking about adding another intake fan or two by the DVD drives, two 80mm exhale fans where the top PSU goes, and upgrade the top fan to there better 120mm fans. Then all the airflow would be from front to back, and the top would have good exhale. Is that good?

Also what are some good, quiet fans? i'm not really sure how to fan shop.

Thanks for the help!

You might be at or close to your limit for air cooling. I've built some machines with i5-750's and I managed to get 2 of them to run at 3.9, the third would only go 3.8. You can research coolers on frostytechcom and you might find one a little better than what you have but it probably won't let you go much higher. If you haven't already tried, you might be able to reduce your voltage a bit to lower the heat and go higher that way, but OTOH cpu's usually need more voltage to OC. To go higher than your 3.8 you might need a good water cooler.

Have you added a second 120mm fan to the 212? They come with extra fan clips.

On the other side? No I havent. I'm assuming that you make it so the air is blowing into the heatsink?

You want push/pull, 1 fan blowing in, 1 fan sucking out of the heatsink.
