Shift key stuck could not type all the letters and numbers

hi my shift is stuck. physically it seems to beok but virtually when i type letters and numbers it appears as if i am holding shift key

The connection under the key is making contact. Gently pry up on the key cover, or just replace the KB. They are dime a dozen !

NO when i connect the other keyboard with my laptop still it does the same
