Media card reader

well im looking for a dang internal media card reader with a lcd screen or at least some lights on it for night when im up late....all the lcd ones come with fan and temp control and it dont need fan and temp control...anyone one got any ideas???

What do you need the LCD screen for? Are you literally using it to be able to see?
