Setting question x48-ds4 ocz pc8500 1066

what setings do i need to change in the bios to get the best out of this ram 2 x 2gb oczpc8500 gold edition.

System as follows

MOB gigabyte x48-ds4
Bios lates F3B
Cpu quad Q9300 @2.5 2.5
4GB ocz 8500 gold edition
2 x xt2900 gcards sli
win 7 64 bit
