How to review gz file in xp

Hi guys,
I want to review this compressed file. But I dont have any experience using this compress file.
When I try to open it, It ask for open with......?
I'm using windows 2007 and windows Xp as my OS.
This is file I get from meteorological data. Hope anyone can help me using either one of this OS

Just get a copy of any gzip utility. Google lists a bunch of them.
