SATA as IDE OS migration to RAID

Hi,

I have a SAbretooth x58 mobo. Win 7 64 bit is on a 1TB Samsung F1 HDD set up as an IDE drive in BIOS (I know my bad). I also have two F3 1 TB HDDs which I want to set up as RAID 0. Can I clone the OS from the F1 HDD to the created RAID F3 drives (I have Spotmau) without a very painful reinstallation (think downloading Warcraft )
