Upgrading Firmware issue

Hi I own a WGR614v7 netgear router. It came free with my internet company. Anyway I have been trying to upgrade the firmware and every time I attempt to do so it fails. I've tried using Firefox and IE and nothing happens. Any Suggestions

Did you perform the firmware upgrade via a "wired ethernet connection" or did you use wireless connection for the said upgrade?
