Overclocking performance issue

ok i dont really now how to explain this or what to say. So i was looking inot over clocking and i was testing with msi after burner and furmark before i was round 120fps on l4d2 max setting now i am 80fps. The part that confuses me is i never applied and settings i dont do anything thing at all but now my performance droped alot and i dont know why any ideas

Afterburner doesn't set your GPU to overclock settings from startup unless you tell it to do so.
Make sure that that's turned on in afterburner.
Why are you not applying the settings? If you're trying to OC and not applying settings, that does nothing...

NVM fixed and could u help me with after burner setting a fan ramp?

You can leave afterburner fan setting to "auto". This is usually best since it will give cooling as it needs it and will be quieter when its not being used so intensively.
