the way i see it, there's two options...

either have an adapter where the USB 3.0 hub (located in either the CD tray spaces or the floppy drive space)
would either...

1. transmit through the spare PCI-Express x16 slot on my gigabyte UD5P mobo, since i don't really need another card, a overclocked gtx 260 (216) is fine, and would get the new 5870 or gtx 360 when they come out, OR...

2. transmit through the 4 spare SATA spots left on the mobo, the other two is for my two hard drives (not RAID)

when will they make this device? i know they will...

More USB 3.0 devices, cables, and adapters should be readily available early next year.

hmm, cool... what about the other option? through SATA? tends to be a pain in the ass reaching all the way in the back, but with this option... actually, 2 really long female-to-male connectors would fix that...

it can be like, 10 usb 2.o and 2 usb 3.0...

is SATA viable? like, a hub with a USB hub for one of my 3 spare CD tray boxes?

and is all that on newegg yet?

Since you know about newegg.com why don't you use their search engine. If you did that you would see they currently have 60 USB 3.0 products.

Well, maybe not 60 products. Search results aren't always perfect.

i went through the whole search, no pci or sata adapters from newegg, yet that USB site does... what gives? that USB site seems a little fishy to me though...
