I have it unlocked to the B55 X4 and overclocked at 3.712ghz. I can do CS5, Lightroom 3, stream netflix, etc with now issues, however I can't run more than 5 minutes of the AMD stability test. Any suggestions? All settings done in bios.

ASUS|M4A78LT-M AM3
Geforce 8800 GTS 640mb
Cooler Master Hyper 212+
Antec One Hundred case

Settings:

FSB 225

CPUVolt 1.4325

Ram 8x8x8x24 @667
volts 1.5325

Chipset Voltage 1.125

Nice set up. I would try a couple of things. First, loosen up your timings to CL9. While it's great that you have some stability at those tighter timings, GSkill tested these successfully at CL9.

Second, use Prime95 to stress test your system with and without the OC. The reason you want to test w/o an OC to ensure that the CPU really is stable with the hidden core enabled.

Thanks! I'll give that a shot when I get home later.

So I just just put the ram on Auto or manually enter the stock timings?

Manually configure your RAM. And run Prime95 for about half an hour on Blend mode each time. Should any part of the testing fail, you'll be able to check the log that is created automatically. This log is called "Stress.txt", and it can be found in the directory you installed the software into.
