I am changing my video card (9800gtx+) to an evga gtx 295. I have a:

Processor: E8400 at 3.0 (im gonna overclock to 3.8 - 4.0ghz)
Ram: 2x2 ocz 1333
mobo: xfx 790i ultra
case: cm690 6 fans
hard drive: wd caviar black 1tb and samsung 320gb
cooler: cm hyper 212

I already have a corsair 750 TX. and the question is: am i gonna need to change it, or will that be enough?

In the amount of time it took you to post this, you could have googled a power supply calculator and answered your own question. But since you didn't, I'll save you the search.

You will have enough power with a single 295.

Its not only about power but the amount of amperage on the 12V rail you will need to support such a massive video card. The right information that you need to give carlos_stupp is that according to EVGA not only do you need a minimum of 680W but a total of 46 Amps on the 12V rail. Your 750w power supply has 60A on the 12V rail so you're good.
