Is this for a Primary or Secondary drive?

The physical replacement part is easy... You unplug the power to the case, remove the case cover (or covers) to access the hard drive, disconnect the SATA power connector and data connector, remove old SATA drive, place in new SATA drive, than put everything back together.

We need to know about is if it is your primary or secondary drive, so we can provide recommendations on how to reinstall what was originally on the drive.

Note: Before doing anything, it is recommended that you backup all personal data on the hard drive before proceeding to uninstall / replace to ensure data isn't lost through the process.
