How to Recovery & Repair Hard Disk Drive when Drive Not REcognised by BIOS

I had a 500GB Sata Hard disk but it was suddlenly gone to dead
But i had many important files in this, i checked all the cables and wires and it was also not reconised by BIOS
So tried to find some solution for this and a guy told that it can be recovered but it takes more cost
So I request you to give a solution for this

What is the make and model of the drive? Is the drive getting power? Making any noises?
