Restore to Factory Settings for Windows XP

hello my name is tiffany and i accidentlly delted the sound on my computer is says there is no mixer somethin and i have no idea on how to fix this isearcha dnserach andsearch the internet to try and find answer can someone please help me i am a single mother of to so it has o be free please please please please help me my 3 yr old son loves gettin on nick jr and he cant now cause there is no sound please help

You can try using the System Restore. To get to it, go to the Start menu, then Programs, Accessories, System Tools, then finally run System Restore.

The select the option to restore your computer to an earlier time. Then choose a date BEFORE the sound got messed up, and follow the rest of the steps.
