Asus motherboard bios settings

Hello,
i have asus motherboard..
my pc starts but before start, it show message on black screen ...the real message is:
Invalid Boot.INI file
Booting from C:\windows\

after this message pc starts.

Normally, the system would not boot at all, but since your computer does, quite possibly there is an error in boot.ini, but not catastrophic.

Search your HD and post the path of boot.ini (may have multiples) and copy / paste the contents of the file.
