Computer shows black screen with words and reboots

Ever since i had used an Virus check, my computer would show a black screen with words that say "Safe mode" and others. I can't go to safe mode because it will show random words like 0disc and reboots itself,returning to windows normally doesn't work either.
I think i have a virus....





Any help?

Boot into safe mode to run virus scan ?
Have a Windows CD to boot from ?
