Hi everyone.
I'm a complete novice in building and overclocking, and I really need some suggestions on a PSU, cooling system, and a case.

Components
Processor: Core i5-2500k
Motherboard: Asus P8Z68-V Pro
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3-1600 CL 9(2x4Gb)
Boot drive: Crucial M4 SSD 64GB
Storage: Western Digital WD6402AAEX or re4 WD5003ABYX (haven't decided)
Optical drive: ASUS DRW-24B1ST

I am building a new computer for general purpose use and heavy computations. (no gaming) I want to be able to stably overclock to 4.8GHz or more.

The intel 3000 graphics is probably enough for me at the moment, but i may add up to 2 mid quality graphics cards in three years time for some 3d modeling.

I probably have around US$280 (less is better) for the PSU, coolings and case.

I live in Asia, so maybe not all stuff will be available. Please suggest several options. Thanks.
