Dell inspiron 530 not starting up

I have a Dell Inspiron 530. Until yesterday it was running well no problems at all with it. Now all of a sudden it doesnt turn on. The power supply light is green, the one on the back, and it's not my outlet cause I moved it and tried it else where. Any help?

According to one spec review, you have a g33 motherboard. There's one for sale in Tom's classifieds section if you'd like to try it. With the same chipset, you may be able to do a windows repair and save some of your files. Or you may find some other boards on ebay. The g33 boards listed in pricewatch cost considerably more; the g33 has been out of production for awhile. Sometimes it's the power supply that fails. I don't have a definitive answer, so you have to decide how much you want to spend for repairs.
