Hello,

I just build my new rig specs are

MOBO : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813135283
MONITOR : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236112
HDD : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136533
PSU : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005
RAM : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231428

and I am having trouble overclocking my CPU. This is the first time I build a computer and I am by no means a computer genius but I cant find any good guide or videos to overclock the i5 2500k. The motherboard itself brought some software but its complicated and I would like to know if there is another way to Overclock other than through that software.

I am not trying to overclock a lot maybe 4.1-4.5 something along those lines.

I did the stress test and idle temps are around 30c and full load at 49-50c

Please help me out! thanks!

I understand and I did try following both guides before I created this thread. The main reason why I created this posting is because those guides have nothing to do with my motherboard. The M.I.B III feature that my MOBO offers is not on those guides therefore making the information useless to me.

Thanks
