Disk space for dual boot?

I want to get an SSD so that I can dual boot Windows 7 and Linus Ubuntu. What would be the minimum and the recommended disk space for it?

I wouldn't want to run Win7 in under 50 GB. I kept it down to 40, with good freespace, but SP1 made it over 38.

I don't know how much space Ubuntu takes. Next poster?

Looks like a minimum of 15GB for the desktop edition. Other versions vary.

Between Windows 7 and Ubuntu I'd say an 80GB ssd would be just about right.
