Hello,
i was getting a fake alert, when i got rid of it i lost applications. i kee getting the message c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe application not found. how can i fix this

This appears to be a virus or malware causing this. Run a virus/malware scan asap. If that doesn't work, try using system restore to go back a few days.
