PC2-6400 or PC2-8500?

I currently have a 32 bit windows XP OS and I will upgrade to a 64 bit Windows 7 OS and at the same time, I will get a 8 gig set of RAM.

My motherboard, Asus M4A78 PRO, supports 1066 mhz RAM but is the performance difference with 800 mhz RAM worth the price?

My CPU is a AMD Phenom II X4 940 and my graphics card is an Asus EN8800GTX. Do you have any suggestion of what RAM I should get? Will I be able to overclock my system?

if you get really good 800 ram like this:

it will probs outperform or be the same as 1066 ram like this:

the 800 is extremely good on timings, but the extra speed of the 1066 ram probs makes it even.
