7500. The 45nm core2 is faster clock for clock than the original core2s. The clock is also higher on the chip.

The difference is about 10% and the smaller cache will not affect gaming performance that much. And even with the higher FSB freq, the E7500 will overclock at least as well as the E6700.

If your thinking of upgrading from a E6700 to a E7500, that would be a waste of money.

E7500 then. Higher frequency + 45nm(lower temp and better OC potential) FTW.
