Okay so I'm looking to purchase a laptop. Not looking for anything extreme but something decently reliable.
My budget is $150. Basically what i need the computer for is mostly word processing and web browsing. Preferably with internal wifi, at least 160gb hard drive and a decent amount of ram.
All suggestions are appreciated, Thanks in advance.

Sorry bub,

Not enough money to work with. For a laptop like that you'll have to buy second hand. For $300 however, you can pick up a new netbook. For $150, there are no good laptops to buy. Most of them are a tad dodgy.

This is a joke right. $150??

I just got my wife a MSI Wind netbook for like $270, its pretty nice. 1.6ghz atom, 1gb ram, 10" screen, 160gb hdd, 1.3mp net cam, windows XP. Its pretty sweet for the money. It even comes in Pink :)

MSI Winds are sweet rides.

Only netbook you can get for free is the Lenovo S10e, that our government's giving out to public schools.

No it is not a joke, obviously if i posted it asking for suggestions I'm serious. all you needed to do was let me know that i would need a bigger budget but don't sass me with your sarcastic remarks

Ypu'd probably be looking for a netbook at your price range. Something like an Atom and a 10" screen.
