Is it possible to overclock an intel pentium p6100 cpu?

hi, i was reading around the fprum and saw a bunch of stuff about over clocking etc, i have just an everyday style computer, not really a gaming rig or anything, but its a decent for the 300 i payed for it. i was curious if i coul doverclck the intel dual core p6100 (2ghz) up at all in my laptop. if so, how would i go about doing so? and what woul dhappen after i did overclock it if possible?

my laptop came with a built in feature of OC-ing this P6100 processor...

unfortunately, it is a local brand of laptop, named "Advan", a local Indonesian Laptop Brand. The software name is i-power xross, but I doubt if it could run on yours.

using this soft, I can run up to 2,2 Ghz. But then, I'm really worried about the soft's and hard's stability, since it's just a local and less trusted brand.
