GIGABYTE GA-MA785GM-US2H southbridge too tall?

has the southbridge of this motherboard posed a problem for anyone who is fitting a full sized gpu such as a 9800gtx? im thinking about buying this mobo, but in the pictures, the southbridge looks a bit too elevated too allow a full sized gpu to seat snuggly in the pci slot. Or is it just tall looking in the pic?
