Noob setting up a office network.

We are currently on a wireless network, but im going to hard wire all of our computers. our wireless router is only a 4 port switch, can i just hook a 5 port switch to my wireless router, or do i need to go and buy a new router. any ideas or suggestions is greatly appreciated
