Hey everyone! I am upgrading to Corsair 650D from the HAF 912 this week. I will also be purchasing water cooling components, but they will purchased over time because what I'd like to do is out of my budget right now 
. I was wondering what aftermarket fans would be good for the 650D until I get the water cooling stuff. I'd like to keep the decibel range between 20-30 if possible. I'd like to spend $25 or less per fan but I can go up to $30. I know the 200mm will be more, but I'm not sure the usual price of them so I don't have a range on that. I'm not sure how good the stock fans are on the 650D, but it comes with two 200mm fans and one 120mm and I will replace them if they aren't a decent quality. Thanks for the help!
