Well, for the price its pretty nice. Overall, I would give it a 6.5. Main problem I see is a weak graphics card, slow hard drive, and no virtualization with the Q8200.

Good motherboard and ram, kinda small monitor, but should run most stuff fairly well. So yeah, a little above average.

I guess a 5.5 should be a good rating.

Could have a better rating if you would have gone with a DDR2 board, DDR2 1066 Ram and a better video card....Now at days hard-drives are dirt cheap....

Well I guess now you know what you need when its time to upgrade...

It's not terrible but you could have gotten more RAM, and a better graphics card. The worst part though is the IDE hard drive :non: that will slow your system down quite a bit.

More important is how you rate it.

Are you satisfied with the performance? 1-10
Built it yourself and everything works like it should? 1-10
Do you like the price? 1-10
Does it do everything you want it to? 1-10

Put your rating here.........

i give it about a 6 because i was on a tight budget and i needed a better pc than the one i had. the graphics card is kinda old i had it for a year the monitor was off my other pc and the hard drive was off my other pc. it does want i want it to do so its good for me. i was going to go with the q8400 but my money limited me!!!

That drive is not IDE, Its SATA in IDE compatible mode :p

All in all its not bad, The WD blacks are cheap and quite fast if you want a boost in the future.
