I just bought an MSI N275GTX TwinFrozr OC GeForce GTX 275 and I'm really loving it... when it works :( . Idk if this is a UT3 problem, but whenever I play it it will randomly freeze and then after about 3 seconds it goes back to the game. On the most severe cases the screen will go black for about 7 seconds and then come back. I've had quite a lot of components with this system:

OC'ed e6600 to 3.3GHZ 1.40V
4 x 250gb 7200 rpm HD's
1 x 1TB 7200 rpm HD's
2 1GBs PC 6400 ram 2.1V
X-FI Fatal1ty with front drive bay
1 DVD/RW drive
2 120mm fans
2 90mm fans
1 250mm fan
nForce 680iLT mobo
1 fan for the dominator memory
OCZ GameXStream OCZ700GXSSLI 700W with 4 x 18A 12V Rails

So I went from 2 x 8800gts 640mb cards in SLI to this OC'ed msi GTX 275. From what I remember I used to have crashes with the old setup, but I knew it was UT3 related and not my setup. Does my setup have enough power to run this new card? I figured a 700W power supply would run this. Also, I've noticed that this is the first time my power supply fan has ever started going at 100% when i'm playing the game.

The general rule of thumb is a high quality 500 to 550 watt power supply with sufficient current (amps) on the 12 volt rail(s) can easily power a system with any single video card made. A high quality 700 to 750 watt power supply with sufficient current (amps) on the 12 volt rail(s) can power a system with two video cards operating in dual mode. There are a few exceptions like the new ATI Radeon HD 5XXX series cards which use less power due to their energy efficiency.

Technical reviews of your power supply indicate it should be okay.
