I just got a Sapphire Radeon HD4830 video card that has hdmi connections. I hooked it up with a hdmi cord and now the picture looks pretty blurry. I am hooking it up to a 23in samsung lcd tv. I have tried messing with the settings but nothing seems to work. What should the settings be for the best quality? Also could the hdmi cord have something to do with the screen being blurry?

Also, what drivers are you using and did you uninstall the old ones used by the previous card?
