i am upgrading my gaming PC. The only part i am keeping other than my cd drives and hard drives is my cpu(intel core 2 quad). I just want to make sure all of the parts i chose are compatible with eachother.

Yes, it all seems to be compatible but why not get more, faster RAM: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applica [...] CatId=4527 that is if it's within your budget. This PSU from Newegg is modular, 80+, 700W, and only $59: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] eam%20pro.
