Combo with the mother board. The 430 isnt quite strong enough for a 4850, two changes i would make, swap the graphics card for this one

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817341016 Modular, more powerful, and less expensive than the one you picked after MIR, both antec and OCZ are good brands but you need more power than the 430 watts for a 4850.
The diference in performance will be minimal switching to a mobo with DDR3, but will give you a better upgrade path. If you're like me, and build new every 3-4 years, stick with that mobo and DDR2.

An Antec Earthwatts 380 can run a 4850 (Tom's used this some months ago); the 430 will have no problem with it.
If you choose a 4870 though, you will need something stronger, like an Earthwatts 500.
Switch the heatsink to the dark night.
