absolute max settings?

no, adding AA kills FPS in Crysis, look at the graphics benchmark charts on this site for crysis 1920x1200 4xAA. Even the 4870 X2 only gets 20fps, with 8xAA, it'll be even lower.

So no it won't play crysis on max settings, you could do 1920x1200 Very High 2xAA though.

Ok but will the parts I picked work with each other? Like will the ram and video card work with the mobo?

yes, but get a SATA DVD drive not an IDE one.
