Windows write failed

Hello,I'm Kumo Sekom
I have recently bought a new 500GB SATA HDD and tried to format using disk Management in system tools.I have created two partitions 26GB and 439GB.26GB was successfully formatted but,the 439GB has given the error message the format did not complete successfully.
I spend a lot for it and I'm in desperate need to use .

Is their any possible help please?

Run software diagnostics on the drive if it fails return it for replacement.
