I am new to the building process seeking wisdom.

My requirements:
Two monitors; HDMI compatible to plug my xbox into; HDMI compatible to run High Definition TV programs from my computer

What specifications am I looking for when buying a graphics card to run with the above preference in mind?

Also, please recommend a graphics card. Listed below are my CPU and my Motherboard:

I am looking to spend between $1200 - $1500 on the full system

I am also in debate if i should just stick with the dual core E8500 and do some light overclocking.

I don't know if i will fully benefit from a quad core.

I am looking to spend between 200-300 for the graphics card.
