When looking at the specifications of a card , we can see a lot of things like Processor Cores,
Graphics Clock (MHz),Processor Clock (MHz) ,Texture Fill Rate (billion/sec),Memory Clock (MHz),
Standard Memory Config,Memory Interface Width,Memory Bandwidth (GB/sec) etc

From all these how can we identify a good card?

unlike cpus that have a pretty clear spec sheet, gpu specs are more confusing because the different card makers use different terminolgy, or ways of measuring the specs...your best bet is to look at reviews or that link I sent you in the other thread to get a good idea of which card is better than the other.

Check the reviews. That's the only thing that you can do as a consumer to predict/assume the performance of a GPU. You can't gauge a GPU just by looking at the specs.

Good thing is that there are plenty of reviews lurking around the web and they're updated every time a new GPU is released. Don't settle for just a single review from one source, try different sources then compare and contrast.
