i'm moving from a 120+80 HD pair over to a new pair of HDs w/ the same
rated space of 120+80. aside: one of the old HDs is failing, hence
the move. unfortunately, the new drive pair are actually a teeny bit
smaller than the old ones.

not knowing the space issue, i typed in the command:

mfsbackup -Tao - /dev/hda /dev/hdb | mfsrestore -s 127 -xzpi -
/dev/hdc /dev/hdd

and got this message after a spell:

restore failed: unable to fit backup onto drives.
# cking up 1 of 195033 megabytes (0.00%)

actual image of the message/screen:

i think it's doing something, and i'm wondering if the new HDs are
hosed or what...if bad things are in my future, i'd appreciate any
suggestions on getting the copy to work.
