My computer icons

Hello,
I had a cartoon Westie (dog) cursor icon & a computer tech removed it. I have been unable to relocate it despite many searches. It was a free download. It was small, looked like pen & ink drawing, nodded its head & wagged its tail. Can anyone help me find it?

MS has some cursor options, if it's something you can set in the mouse properties in the Control Panel, use it. Free icons, smilies, screensavers etc... are almost always spyware if not outright viruses.
