Using E5200 stock HSF on P4 2.93GHz.

I´m making another PC from leftovers of other PCs, would it be possible to use the smaller E5200 heatsink with P4, as i recently upgraded to E5200 & used the old p4 heatsink. I don't care much about overclocking, just enough so it would run less than 60C under load.
