I like all your choices except that CM Extreme Power Plus 600W. It doesnt match the quality of your other parts and I think it's over priced for what you get with only a 2yr warranty and abysmally low efficiency.

Corsair 550VX $70 after $22 rebate actually has more +12V power than the CM PSU. It has a 5yr warranty.
OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W $$68.67 a/rHas 2x 25A +12V rails compared the 2x 18A for the CM PSU. Modular cables for a neat case and better airflow.

Swap the Caviar Black for a Samsung Spinpoint F3 it's a bit faster I think, and why not jump to 8GB RAM if you can - it's cheapish enough and will help fly things along.

Personally I'd favour an Antec or Corsair power supply, but that's my personal habit.

I don't see an aftermarket cooler on the list though - are you planning on any overclocking?

I won't change for Samsung HDD lol and I'll stay with 4GB it's enough..but I'll have a look to Antec and Corsair power supplies ty
