No display on new custom build

So after building my first PC, I have a problem. But first the important stuff:

Case: Apevia XDreamer Green with 420W power supply

Processor: Intel Pentium E5200 2.5 ghz

RAM: 4 GB (honestly forgot brand at the moment... but compatible)

Motherboard: MSI P43 Neo3

DVD Drive: LG GH22LP20 with Lightscribe

Harddrive: Western Digital Caviar 320gb

Video Card: XFX NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT


I rewired the system countless times. Used stand offs, no noticeable shorts, all fans working, motherboard manual says all should be working, but I have no display. I tried 2 different monitors so it should not be that problem, and I am looking to see if it would be too little power or a dead card or another possibility. I am looking for any help possible.
