First time but not last time here. Have read the forums before but have never posted, I am about to sell my current computer for about $500 so I'm in the market for a new gaming rig. I mainly play the COD series and will play ARMA 2.

This is what I am thinking for the build. Anything that would need to be changed let me know. I'm on a phone so it's hard to post links so I will just give a general on the product.

I have a $2500 limit. I want something that will last me a long time and is easily upgradable.
Antec 902 case
evga x58 tri sli mobo not sure which one yet. I will only use sli so I need both to be X16 no X8
Intel core I7 920
cooler master v10
crucial ballistix 6gb ddr3 pc 1600mhz
evga gtx 295 red edition ( if something else is better plea let me know)
nvidia 3d vision with samsung 22' moniter.
Sony DVD cd burner
vista premium 64bit with coupon for windows 7.
Corsair 850w psu (maybe more?)
1TB caviar black wd hd.
Am I missing anything?

evga gtx 295 red edition

Item has been Deactivated @ NewEgg, so if you still want a EVGA GTX 295 go with this one below.

EVGA 017-P3-1295-AR CO-OP Edition GeForce GTX 295 1792MB $519.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6814130504

But if you are planning on doing Tri-SLI then I would suggest either the EVGA GTX 260's (3 for $524.97) or GTX 275's (3 for $684.97).

Not sure if EVGA Classified will do full Tri Sli @16x, on current model, since they discontinued the E759.

EVGA E760 CLASSIFIED "Overclocker's Pick" 3-Way SLI (x8) + PhysX 1366 Intel X58 $419.99 ($389.99 after $30.00 Mail-In Rebate)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813188048

But, I do know Asus has 2 mobo's that do ave the NF200 chipset onboard.

ASUS P6T6 WS Revolution LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard $349.99

ASUS P6T7 WS Supercomputer LGA 1366 Intel X58 CEB Intel Motherboard $449.99 Free Shipping

Now I would suggest you also look at both these brands of Triple Channel ram @ 1600 mhz, Corsair, Mushkin or OCZ @ NewEgg.

CORSAIR DOMINATOR 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model TR3X6G1600C7D G, ETA:07/24/2009

CORSAIR DOMINATOR 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Triple Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TR3X6G1600C8D

OCZ XMP Ready Series 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

OCZ Platinum 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

mushkin 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Model 998681
mushkin 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Model 998679

Would definately change your CPU HSF Cooler selection to one of these two. Great Coolers @ lower price, you can spend on other items.

XIGMATEK Dark Knight-S1283V 120mm Long Life Bearing CPU Cooler $44.98 Free Shipping
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6835233029

Scythe MUGEN-2 SCMG-2000 120mm Sleeve CPU Cooler $36.99 Free Shipping
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6835185093

Tuniq TX-3 Extreme Performance and Exceptional Reliability Thermal Compound $10.99 ($5.99 after $5.00 Mail-In Rebate)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6835154007

Your PSU selection is alright if only going with SLI, would go for the Corsair 1000w PSU when doing Tri-SLI.

Same for you case selection of the Antec Nine Hundred Two @$159.99 , would be cheaper getting the 1200 now with free shipping.

Antec Twelve Hundred Black Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case $171.99 Free Shipping
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6811129043

Alos you will need this cable for PSU to mobo power for any bottom mounted PSU.

1ST PC CORP. 6" 8-pin EPS female cable adapter from P4 ATX 4-pin male Cable Model CB-4MP4-8F - Retail $7.99
