and windows vista 64 bit with the free windows 7 upgrade.

The dominator ram is over priced, OCZ platinum is cheaper and offers tighter timings

Also the raptors are overpriced too, unless you intend to do a TON of IO operations a 1TB Caviar black will treat you better

Now take the money you saved on those two parts and put it into your graphics so your system is better balanced

I'm ready to buy now just want to make sure, should I spend another 100 for a even better graphics card or will saving up for another 275 be better?

+1 to everything this guy said.
If you wanted to save a little more cash you could even go and get OCZ Gold instead of Platinum. The CAS is 8 instead of 7, but the difference is insignificant, and I think it's about $20-30 cheaper.
I would also recommend the GTX 275 instead of the GTX 260, but you can't really go wrong with either.

Agreed on everything said with one caveat. 650W isn't much for an i7, high quality graphic card, and 6GB DDR3. A less on-the-edge choice would be 850W PSU.

I'd also skip Vista and go directly to the Windows7 RC download from MS. The retail will hit stores 22 Oct but the RC will get you there. Windows7 is soooo much better than Vista.
